Please check each product you purchase to check the shipping processing time. Some products do not reside in our Pennsylvania warehouse and have a longer processing time before shipment. The item on your order with the longest processing time will determine the number of days before your package leaves our warehouse. A tracking number is sent at the time of shipment so you will know when to expect your package.

We use UPS, FedEx, FedEx Smart Post or US Postal Service to deliver your package based on your location.

We offer two shipping methods at the time of checkout:

Standard Ground (Lower 48 States) typically takes 6-10 business days transit time (this does not include the processing time of the items to reach our shipping warehouse)

Premium Ground (Lower 48 States) typically takes 3-5 business days transit time
The premium shipping surcharge, if chosen, does not speed up processing time in our warehouse. The surcharge only speeds up package time in transit to your home by FedEx or USPS Priority mail. Certain items on our website have extended processing time due to supply chain arrangements. The item with the longest ship delay will usually determine when your order will ship in full. Processing Times are found on the product pages as you add your items to your cart.

We will be happy to use your FedEx or UPS number if you call customer service. Using your number requires a handling fee plus a per box fee.

After your package leaves our building, eastern Canada arrives in 4-6 days while western Canada is 6-8 Days.

Shipping charges subject to 5% GST, ALL Clothing items are subject to 24% tax (5% GST, 19% Duties) and non clothing items are subject to 13%-19% tax (5% GST and 8% to 14% Duties) depending on product Country of Origin and Harmonization Codes.

We are registered with Canada as a Non-Resident Importer, (NRI) and therefore we pre-collect these taxes which covers GST, Canada import duties and brokerage.

We take the worry out of importing your goods into Canada. We take care of all of the paperwork and pay all the taxes and brokerage fees so you never are asked for more money. The amount you pay to us is the only amount you will ever pay.

Goods are delivered as prepaid. No surprises when you receive your package, no duties, brokerage or taxes to be paid at your door, saving you time and money.

No cash on delivery (C.O.D.) or power of attorney (POA) to worry the buyer - easily get our goods into Canada.

International Shipments: Europe, Asia, South America, Australia

We have partnered with a third party to service our international customers.

Once you have created your shopping Cart, choose the "International Checkout" button. You will then be automatically transferred to a page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.

Upon completion of your order, your credit card will be charged for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to the third party distribution facility where they will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service.
